If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us. We would rather know, and we will try to put it right.
How to complain
Email [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject line, or write to:
Energy Business Intelligence Ltd, Riverside Barn, Halmore Lane, Cam, Dursley, GL11 5DW
Please explain what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. Include any reference numbers or documents that help.
What happens next
We will look into your complaint and send you a full response within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect our answer.
We keep a record of every complaint, including the relevant details and dates, for five years.
If you are not satisfied
If we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks, or we have sent you a final response (sometimes called a deadlock letter) and you are still unhappy, you can refer it to the Energy Ombudsman. The service is impartial and free to use.
